Summer Figure Skating Camp - August 17th - 21st, 2009
Back by popular demand is the Wissahickon Skating Club Summer Figure Skating Camp. Geared towards children ages 7 through 14, the camp offers skating instruction and fun for children of varying levels who are comfortable on the ice moving both forwards and backwards all the way through those who have passed their Intermediate Moves in the Field. Groups will be appropriately leveled so skaters are challenged but not frustrated.
As enrollment in camp is limited to the first 45 skaters, please review our brochure and send just your $50 deposit now to hold your spot. Final balance is due August 1, 2009. View last year's brochure here for a snapshot of our program. Check back in early 2009 for registration and pricing.

Specialty Summer Figure Skating Clinics
Wissahickon Figure Skating Fund in conjunction with Wissahickon Skating Club is pleased to announce the scheduling of specialty clinics during
the 2008 summer sessions. The theme each week will cover one of the following topics of figure skating:
Harness, Ice Dance, New Moves-in the-Field, Spins, Choreography. The Fund is sponsoring the series by underwriting the cost of the classes.
The cost to the skater is the regular ice fee (one pre-paid ice coupon or $12 walk-on.)
