Refunds Policy
Wissahickon Skating Club (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates http://www.wissskating.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding refunds for classes, clinics and camps.
Full payment for all classes, clinics and camps is required at the time of registration.
For all hockey clinics and camps, refunds in full will be provided with 30 days notice prior to the start date of the program. Inside 30 days, please call the office at 215-247-1759, ext. 28 to discuss applying your payment to another future program or to arrange another option depending on your individual circumstances.
For Learn to Play Hockey and Group Skating Lessons, full refunds will be given with 1 week notice. Inside of 1 week, refunds are at the discretion of the Group Lessons Director or General Manager. If it is determined that a refund can be offered, the refund will be given only for the unused portion of lessons and weeks that have passed will not be refunded. All potential refunds MUST be requested by the first day of class or will not be considered unless there has been an injury or illness. A doctor’s note may be requested. Please call the office at 215-247-1759, ext. 28 to discuss your situation or to arrange another option depending on your individual circumstances. No makeups or refunds can be given for missed classes.
For Figure Skating Camps, all but $75 will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the camp start date. Inside of 14 days notice, all camp fees are non-refundable. This policy is necessary because almost all of the supplies, services and staff must be secured or purchased well in advance of the actual event date.
